MAKING CREATIVITY ACCESSIBLE WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY

The creative industry has been historically beyond reach for too many, for too long. We believe access and opportunity should be a given; not a privilege. By investing in initiatives that prioritize platforms and resources to underrepresented communities, we’re closing gaps and expanding creativity.

NeighborGood

Businesses and programs led by or designed to support folks from underrepresented groups, can often face inequitable access to high-caliber marketing support. We help increase their odds to stand out and succeed with pro-bono creative services.

IMPRINT for Education

Talent is everywhere, but opportunity isn’t. We are committed to making our industry more accessible to all students. Through immersive experiences and workplace readiness programs, we equip the next generation with the skills, connections, and confidence to leave their mark.

Leave A Tip

Impact can be as simple as where we choose to spend. Leave a Tip is our way to support minority-owned businesses with both coin + community. We pour recognition from our pockets for agency events by collaborating with these businesses.

We are in a constant pursuit for creative methods to keep the conversation around DEI a priority. We seize opportunities through the curiosity employees are already seeking in other places, like documentaries, music, podcasts and series binging. NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO CANCEL DEI

From the outside, the perception of DEI has become jaded.

We are standing firm on not getting complacent in our progress.

Every step forward requires intention, action, and accountability.

Many companies are now scaling back their DEI commitments out of fear. That fear is being shifted back to those who have historically felt unseen, unheard and unsupported. Backing out now doesn’t just pause progress—it reverses it.

Change isn’t easy. But what doesn’t challenge us, won’t change us.

This isn’t a moment. It’s a movement.
